Summer Fun

Their friend Reece had a flower birthday party, they got to decorate their own little flower pots and plant flowers, they had lots of fun!

Their friends Matthew and Lilah had a really fun birthday party at The Farm in Fort Collins.
The girls were so excited for the pony rides!

And they made friends with the cute little llamas

For my birthday we had the whole family over for a bbq, lots of fun!
For Father's Day the girls and I labored day and night for weeks to create these stepping stone masterpieces :) They just might have been worth the crafty effort as they turned out so cute!

Some father's day slip and slide videos

One of the first times they wrote their names by themselves! Sophia on the left circled, and Isabella's on the bottom right. So proud of them
They have been taking swim lessons every morning this summer at Lake Arbor. They are turning into the cutest little fishes, swimming all over the place with confidence

Lucky girls got to spend the day riding the rides at Heritage square for Papa's company picnic!
Looking at this picture I can't tell who is having more fun, Mimi or the girls!

After a long day over 100 degree weather at Heritage square they crashed!

Flower Girls

We spent a long weekend in Scottsdale Arizona for my cousin Stacie's wedding on June 2, 2012.
The girls were SO excited to be flower girls in the wedding!

The girls were such good travelers! They were playing in their carseats until we had to check them, saying they were rocketships to blast off into outerspace
The accomodations were top notch at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, and we took full advantage of the complimentary golf cart shuttles to get around the huge resort
The best part of the trip was bonding with the family!

Getting ready for the big event in our room

The kids were all stationed at the water table during the reception, smart kids considering the extreme Arizona heat, 115 degrees!

They danced all night long, it was great!
We had a great time in Arizona and feel honored to have been a part of Stacie and Mikes big day!

Our Princesses are 4!

The girls wanted a princess ball for their 4th birthday party, and it was lots of fun to plan!
My friend Terri made them the most beautiful Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella cakes to match their dresses! The girls absolutely loved their cakes, so cute!

All of the little girls came in their princess costumes for the ball!
Auntie Jolene took the opportunity to practice Sophie's hair for the wedding

The trampoline was a HUGE hit! All of the kids played on it at the party, and the girls have jumped on it every single day since!

I decided to recycle my snow white costume for the party, what fun! When I came out of my bedroom their was a group of little girls in the playroom and they could not believe their eyes that Snow White was there!! I had a group of kids following me everywhere I went!
Snow White told all of the kids that they had to find their missing slipper before they could attend the princess ball! The kids looked all over the yard for their lost shoes, it was cute!

Love was in the air at the ball! We had princess music playing and the kids seemed to love it!

After the ball we had the kids put on lipstick and try to kiss the frog blindfolded!

The girls got distracted as soon as they opened their squishy princesses, we had to wait and do the rest of the presents later that afternoon! We had so much fun, thank you everybody for making their birthday so special!
